Sharon has planned 2 fantastic trips to Disney/cruise for our large family. Sharon is always so quick with responses via phone and email, I’ve had plenty of quick questions for her and she has even responded into the evening hours. From transportation to our hotel check in’s, all was absolutely flawless, she gave us great detailed itinerary’s. She also helped us plan our fast passes at Disney and it would have been a disaster without her help. She even knew the order of rides through out the park, so we didn’t do any unnecessary walking. The cruise was also easy to board and we even had complimentary waters from Sharon. She suggested the later dinner for our large group, and I was thankful she did. We were able to make the most of each day, before dinner at night.
